laravel通过composer安装报错了The 'https://repo.packagist.org/p/laravel/laravel.json' file could not be downloaded: failed to open stream

今天在本地windows环境下，通过Composer安装Laravel5.5报错了！

报错如下：

在度娘身上操作一番后发现laravel的composer源是国外的，被墙了！

解决办法：
1.使用翻墙软件 (这个就不做说明了。。。。)
2.更改composer配置切换到国内composer源 

cmd下运行

composer config -l -g

在[home]配置项 得到composer配置路径 

修改config.json文件为

    ]

选择上面的一种方式之后，再次运行之前的composer下载laravel5命令

composer create-project --prefer-dist laravel/laravel blog

安装成功！
